Shipping Policy

We ship across India.

Dispatch & Delivery Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours of confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Remote pin codes may take slightly longer.

Shipping Charges Shipping is FREE on all orders across India.

Payment Options We accept prepaid payments (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets) and Cash on Delivery (COD). COD orders may require confirmation via call, SMS, or WhatsApp before dispatch. Orders that cannot be confirmed may be cancelled.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive tracking details via SMS/WhatsApp/email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate.

Delivery Attempts Our courier partners make up to 3 delivery attempts. Please keep your phone reachable — parcels that cannot be delivered due to unreachable numbers, incorrect addresses, or refused delivery are returned to origin, and reshipping may require prepaid payment.

Incorrect Address Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout. We cannot redirect parcels once dispatched.
