Refund & Return Policy
Our wooden glasses are handcrafted natural products made for personal use with drinking water. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of used products or change-of-mind returns once the product has been opened and used.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right:

Record a clear unboxing video while opening the parcel (this is required for all damage/wrong-item claims).

Email the video and your order number to urbancityy123@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

After verification, we will ship a free replacement. If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method (for COD orders, refunds are made via UPI/bank transfer).
Refund Timelines Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days of confirmation. Bank processing may take an additional 3–5 business days to reflect in your account.
Order Cancellation Orders can be cancelled free of charge before dispatch. Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled.
Natural Product Note Each glass is carved from natural wood — small variations in grain, shade, and finish are characteristics of genuine handcrafted wood, not defects. A light natural tint in stored water is a normal property of the wood.
